Dummy cast War Stomp problem

Im having a serious problem with the "War Stomp" and dummy.
What should i issue the damn dummy to cast the spell!?
I´ve tried Earthquake but that didn´t work!
What is War Stomp based on?

Im using War Stomp (Neutral Hostile 1).

War Stomp can only be found in the action, Unit - Issue Order With No Target, and it's under Orc Tauren Chieftain - War Stomp
