Error in Blizzards Bandit Model????

While testing my map i noticed that on Blizzard's bandit model, the left and right hand attachment points are switched! (if you tell it to attach an item to right hand, it attaches to left.) Has anyone else ever noticed this problem and/or made a corrected version? i really need it to be right for my map

I've never seen this. Why can you not apply the attachment to the opposite hand then?

Varine is right... if what you're saying is right, just attach what you want to the opposite hand.

but the problem is that im making an rgp type thing and making it so when a unit picks up an item it attaches to their hand (through an item ability). therefore i cant attach it to a different hand cause that would attach it to the wrong hand on every other unit that picked up the item

May cause some problems with a system that adds special effects but! Just add a If/Then/Else and check if its a bandit if so switch if not don't put anything

Ah I see your problem no biggie he's left handed.
Um you should being using a weaponless model if your attaching so you should be set if not get one.

at first i made my own weaponless model, but im not a very good modeller and dont know how to change attachment points. i then searched hive/everywhere else on the internet and found 2 weaponless models, both of which both had the incorrect attachment points

just go under node > Find the attachment reference and rename it (right click and go under properties)

you could create and if then else for an item array (or class if you wanted)
