No-Bake Orange Creamsicle Cheesecake
This No-Bake Orange Creamsicle Cheesecake recipe brings the tastes of summer to your kitchen in the form of this delightful Creamsicle Cheesecake.
Ingredients:
Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 6 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 9-in springform pan
- Bowl for mixing
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Zest of 1 orange
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 Tablespoon gelatin, dissolved in 1/4 cup hot water
- 2 bowls for mixing
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Orange slices for garnish
- Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl and press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan
- Chill crust in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
- Make the filling, in a bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract to stiff peaks
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture
- Flavor the filling by stirring in orange zest and orange juice
- Add the dissolved gelatin and mix until well combined
- Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top with a spatula
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set
- Before serving, top with whipped cream and orange slices
