Hi all, can any1 help me with trigger that share exp for all players when they are stick together ?

doesnt this already happen in normal game's?? how else can you level 2 heros at the same time in a normal game map.

Um, yeah this happens in normal games. If you and your friend kill a horde of ghouls you both share experience.

I even tested it just now in a melee map, so unless you messed with XP gain, nothing we can do.

you will need to mess around with the exp constants in the gameplay constants under the advanced tab

Do what NeverQuit said. Under advanced go to Gameplay Constants and tweak two settings in there. One is Global XP Gain, which will determine if all allies gain XP from kills. The other is XP gain range, which determines how far away a unit will gain XP. If you want this to be your whole map, just set this to a big number. You can also tweak the setting that says something like, "Max level heroes drain XP". This does exactly what it says, meaning that even if a hero is at its highest level, it will take some of the experience away from lower level heroes.

nono i dont want whole map exp range, i want when a neutral creep dies, all heros in AOE like 900 to gain exp, and this exp to not be reduced by player numbers :)

Well you cant do that without triggering. I dont have World Editor in front of me, but your condition will be that a unit = whatever the creep is called, dies. Then your action would be to group all heroes in the AoE that you want and add 900 XP to each hero.

I cant do this trigger, and thats not exactly what i mean something like that : Just when Neutral creep DIE , IF THERE ARE MORE THAN 1 HEROS , I DONT WANT EXP TO BE DRAINED FROM OTHER HEROS :(

And you would also want to set the default XP given by the unit to 0 in the object editor so that it isnt giving that XP too.

You really arent making sense =p

If you are talking that you don't want XP to be drained by allied heroes and just want all the XP for your specific hero, just set Global XP gain in Gameplay Constants to false. If you are meaning that just one of your many heroes gets all of the XP, you will have to trigger it, there is no other way.

Look what i want : if 1 hero kill creep he gets 25 exp, if there is other 4 heros around this creep, they willl drain exp too, that mean every hero will get 5 exp, i want every hero to get 25 exp!!! Do you understand now ? :)

Yes, and you would have to do the trigger I posted above. Im not sure why you say "I can't do that trigger"... but its your only choice.

1) Go into trigger editor.
2) Create a new trigger (call it Creep XP or something)
3) Right click and choose "New Condition"
4) Add a condition that says "Generic Unit Event" and edit the fields to say "A unit of type (whatever your creep is called) dies"
5) Save that and then right click on the trigger again and choose "New Action"
6) I'm not exactly sure on the names of the actions here without WE in front of me, but there should be something like "Unit group - get units in range".
7) Click that and edit the fields to say Group units in an area of (whatever you want) of 'triggering unit'.
8) Add another action below this that is something like "Game State - Add XP", and change the field to however much XP you want to give them.

If I had WE here I would post exactly what the trigger looks like, but I'm sure somebody else can or I will later on in the day.

      • (Unit-type of (Triggering unit)) Equal to Footman

Lol, that method would fail badly Lifee >.< It'd take too long if you had to make one for each unit :O roaaaarrrr you shouldn't double post btw.
An easier way would be to just set the unit's point value in the object editor. then when a unit dies, pick all heroes within 900 units and add the unit's point value to their exp

    I bought an Ender 3 during the pandemic and tinkered with it all the time. Just bought a Sovol, not as easy. I'm trying to make it use a different nozzle because I have a fuck ton of Volcanos, and they use what is basically a modified volcano that is just a smidge longer, and almost every part on this thing needs to be redone to make it work

    Luckily I have a 3d printer for that, I guess. But it's ridiculous. The regular volcanos are 21mm, these Sovol versions are about 23.5mm

    So, 2.5mm longer. But the thing that measures the bed is about 1.5mm above the nozzle, so if I swap it with a volcano then I'm 1mm behind it. So cool, new bracket to swap that, but THEN the fan shroud to direct air at the part is ALSO going to be .5mm to low, and so I need to redo that, but by doing that it is a little bit off where it should be blowing and it's throwing it at the heating block instead of the part, and fuck man

    Can't just buy a new heatblock, you need to get a whole hotend - so block, heater cartridge, thermistor, heatbreak, and nozzle. And they put this fucking paste in there so I can't take the thermistor or cartridge out with any ease, that's 30 dollars. Or you can get the whole extrudor with the direct driver AND that heatblock for like 50, but you still can't get any of it to come apart
