Lol.Sound strange :nuts:
Since the codes save the heroes,not the creeps in the map...
The quests are saved as integers inside the code.

Thats why, if I add new quests, I also have to add new integers to the save code ... the more quests there are in the map, the more digits it needs. I think its pretty obvious.

However, maybe I can add placeholder ints to the code, so that the code doesnt always change when I add new quests to the system. However, for the next quest release, old codes will definitely not work.

When adding new heroes, however, it should be fine, as the hero that is saved is only a single number and nothing more ... the rest is analogue to any other hero.
Adding new heroes will not change the codes at all (except I exceed the 7 ability limit somewhen).

1) Because I want it like this. I don't want players to repeat the same quest over and over again ... it makes no sense.
The digit increase per quest is almost not noticable, since I use KODE, which has an amazing compression for small integers.

Increasing the number of quests from 11 to 30 for example, just adds one more single digit ... if not less.

2) This doesn't impact the code, since stats are stored anyways and abilities are just integers, too. I can replace the abilities as I want without having an impact on the code at all.

Any update on the next version will be released! I check this page pretty much everyday hoping to see a new version; excited to try out the thief (Scout)! And explore new content, just cuz' this game is that good!

zwiebel i won't play the map untill you release a new version cuz it's useless to make a new hero XD plzzz release the new version quickly XD

kk nice :D and i don't know where i read that but somewhere zwiebel wrote that there will be an rank up system or something like that... will it be like an "evolution"? so that the hero will change his shape and his attacks etc..?

Awesome! Except the download isn't available from the mediafire site! Or am I just somehow, in some terrible way, not seeing it?

PS - Thanks for Code-wipe :(! I guess if they are no longer going to happen though, I can handle that!

If the mediafire link doesnt work, there is also always the newest version avaiable on hiveworkshop and wc3c.

Yo bro. Started playing yesterday, been roaming for RPGs. Congratulations, that about 200 people in Garena room plays your game. First, thanks for the great game. Best and most challenging ever. Over 225 people in the room, 200 are playing your rpg map. Second, there has to be more places to train. Please carry on editing despite of the difficulty. Hundreds are dying to play these game. Many reached a minimum of level 15. Parties in dungeons make things easy to kill. Third, there has to be more spells. My squire has 6 spells already. I was shocked when I saw a limit of 7 spells. If the number of spells would not increase, squire is basically boring except for tanking. There has to be more spells.

This game is pretty simple. I teammed with a cleric, and got through the level 1 dungeon. To my surprise, there aren't any more places that we could go. Hope you'll carry on with the edit. Thanks

EDit: Does adding of more quest , units , jobs (next version) lose our codes?

Yea we are working currently on the next content update.

Ye if you wish a hard challange try to beat the dungeons with 3 players.
But the existing dungeon is also the first dungeon in the map of many dungeons which will follow, and thats also why we think it shouldnt be the hardest one in the start area.

More spells or even new classes will follow. This are the ground classes

I have a question that my friends normally ask me.
How much , approximately is the next spells going to be, or will it be hunted for spells?

Edit: Im stuck at lvl 17. Been soloing on dungeon. Could only survive kobold creep. Lol tough time leveling. I have been dungeoning with only 2 people

ye that doesn't surprise me at all that's atm the lvl cap.
well we made the bosses harder in the last version and now we increased also the the hit points of some bosses.

If anybody have some suggestions about the difficulty, or if you just have some reasoned ideas don't be shy to post them here.

I had a level 18 magician before code wipe! Got to 17 and a bit since you still get experience from last two bosses, then turned in Missing and Into the Lions Den (And by turned in Missing, I mean, did the escort); assuming you could get to 19 since the last boss gives experience at 18, would take a long time though!

By the way teh.Fellow! The difficulty is great! I love seeing people leave when they can't solo the level 1 wolves right where you start cuz' RPG's like Twilight's Eve, Trinity's, Defiance etc have ruined what a real RPG is like; requiring 1) A brain, 2) Teamwork, and 3) (Heavens forbid!) Skill! "I know, an RPG requiring skill! That's stupid!" :) Three things that the majority of American's today are lacking!

the only thing that is annoying me at the moment ist that the exp will not be saved... that wouldn't be a problem if you can repeat quest's (btw i really like it that you can't repeat them :D)

    Crazy how much 3d printing has come in the last few years. Sad that it's not as easily modifiable though

    I bought an Ender 3 during the pandemic and tinkered with it all the time. Just bought a Sovol, not as easy. I'm trying to make it use a different nozzle because I have a fuck ton of Volcanos, and they use what is basically a modified volcano that is just a smidge longer, and almost every part on this thing needs to be redone to make it work

    Luckily I have a 3d printer for that, I guess. But it's ridiculous. The regular volcanos are 21mm, these Sovol versions are about 23.5mm

    So, 2.5mm longer. But the thing that measures the bed is about 1.5mm above the nozzle, so if I swap it with a volcano then I'm 1mm behind it. So cool, new bracket to swap that, but THEN the fan shroud to direct air at the part is ALSO going to be .5mm to low, and so I need to redo that, but by doing that it is a little bit off where it should be blowing and it's throwing it at the heating block instead of the part, and fuck man

    I didn't realize they designed this entire thing to NOT be modded. I would have just got a fucking Bambu if I knew that, the whole point was I could fuck with this. And no one else makes shit for Sovol so I have to go through them, and they have... interesting pricing models. So I have a new extruder altogether that I'm taking apart and going to just design a whole new one to use my nozzles. Dumb design.

    Can't just buy a new heatblock, you need to get a whole hotend - so block, heater cartridge, thermistor, heatbreak, and nozzle. And they put this fucking paste in there so I can't take the thermistor or cartridge out with any ease, that's 30 dollars. Or you can get the whole extrudor with the direct driver AND that heatblock for like 50, but you still can't get any of it to come apart
