Gameinterface and other Questions

I have a couple of questions that need to be answered before finalizing my map.

1.I've been meddling around with the game-interface to change the Upkeep section in the top-right of the screen. I've tried following the two tutorials on this site to no avail. Could anyone match the numbers on the picture with the specific game-constants I have to change and the values I should change it to?

2.What jass/vJass function is used to check whether a unit has an ability?

3.I have placed a custom loading screen on my map. However, how do you set a custom preview screen (The one you see @ the game lobby.)(Helpful if you could provide a few links)

4.How do you use spoiler tags in this forum?

2.Just use the

Level of <Your Ability> is greater than 0

and convert the trigger to Jass.

4.Mark your text and then press the warning sign icon that has a ! in it with a Spoiler text underneath.

Sometimes it just doesn't work for me though. I don't know why, but it happened after an update cause some people started to spam it, but it seem to work just as planned according to the moderators.

That pretty much tells you exactly what you need.

jwallstone's right, that tutorial will show you how to change the Upkeep thing how you want, the only problem is that stupid 100%, I don't think there's any way to remove it, except color it so it's very hard to see

Here's 2 tutorials, first one is for loading screen, second is for minimap image, at first they tell you how to make them, but then they tell you how to import them correctly
