Hero lvl 5 limit

How to turn off the hero lvl 5 limit?
I mean that u must kill enemy players after lvl 5 to get xp.

Are you familiar with the search button? Main Editor window, menu Advanced, menu item Game Constants, field name Xp Reduction Table. Set the value to 100, and make sure you tag "Use Custom Data"

Advanced > Gameplay Constants

then find:

Hero XP gained - Creep Reduction Table

remove all the numbers and put 100 there.
