2) Use tomes that give +0 health (or something like that), then run the recipe trigger when they buy the tome.

I've actually come across the way to do it randomly... They set it to neutral I think, then the owners and Neutral Extra, and Neutral Victim

actualy, i think the recipies in dota are done with mercenaries (the mercinarys hired is used ever sine ice frog fixed the problem), so it would be when the player hires a merc, run the recipy trigger

@Capt Death

1. That link is broken (or accessible only in ru, perhaps)
2. Open dota is old. It is no longer correct. Thousands of things have changed since then.

1: There's no players for those slots. The alliances and player names are set trough a initialization trigger.

2:DotA uses Tomes for the items. When you acquire an item, the tome is destroyed and you receive the actual item.

They have actual slots, but they're labeled as Neutral, so their slot won't show. Then the actual owners are Neutral Extra, and Neutral Victim. After doing that, I think they set the allies and enemies for them.

Sentinel is Player 01 and Scourge Player 07. Tehy are not showd in the slots because they are set as nothing. Thew alliance is set in map initialization.
Whatch the script of DotA and then write this things what you dont know. noob

Furby777 is partially correct. Sentinel is player 1 and Scourge player 7. Just set the controller to Neutral. Then create a trigger that set the alliance of players, at map initialization or 0.00 seconds into game time.

As for the second one, the items you buy are actually tomes. When you buy the item, they check if you have the requirements for any recipe items which require the item or stackable items of the same type as that you are buying, if so, it runs the recipe trigger or the stacking trigger. Otherwise, two actions are launched, create item on position of buying unit and give item to buying unit.

I believe that is how it is done. Ask around if you need help with those triggers or whatever.

For all abilities, its:
<(Ability ID),(Section ID)>.
You can do <(Ability ID),(Section ID),.> for decimals and <(Ability ID),(Section ID),%> to multiply the value by 100.

By "Section ID", I mean DataA1, Area1, Rng1, Dur1, HeroDur1, Cool1, etc...

Press Ctrl + D to display the raw values.

By the way, the cooldown is Cool1, etc. Auto-fill will do the rest for you.
->You don't need one for mana cost. The spell comes with it.

Signatures can be edit in your account profile. As for the old stuffs, I'm thinking it's because Blizzard is now under Microsoft, and because of Microsoft Xbox going the way it is, it's dreadful.

Crazy how much 3d printing has come in the last few years. Sad that it's not as easily modifiable though
  • Varine Varine:
I bought an Ender 3 during the pandemic and tinkered with it all the time. Just bought a Sovol, not as easy. I'm trying to make it use a different nozzle because I have a fuck ton of Volcanos, and they use what is basically a modified volcano that is just a smidge longer, and almost every part on this thing needs to be redone to make it work
  • Varine Varine:
Luckily I have a 3d printer for that, I guess. But it's ridiculous. The regular volcanos are 21mm, these Sovol versions are about 23.5mm
  • Varine Varine:
So, 2.5mm longer. But the thing that measures the bed is about 1.5mm above the nozzle, so if I swap it with a volcano then I'm 1mm behind it. So cool, new bracket to swap that, but THEN the fan shroud to direct air at the part is ALSO going to be .5mm to low, and so I need to redo that, but by doing that it is a little bit off where it should be blowing and it's throwing it at the heating block instead of the part, and fuck man
  • Varine Varine:
I didn't realize they designed this entire thing to NOT be modded. I would have just got a fucking Bambu if I knew that, the whole point was I could fuck with this. And no one else makes shit for Sovol so I have to go through them, and they have... interesting pricing models. So I have a new extruder altogether that I'm taking apart and going to just design a whole new one to use my nozzles. Dumb design.
  • Varine Varine:
Can't just buy a new heatblock, you need to get a whole hotend - so block, heater cartridge, thermistor, heatbreak, and nozzle. And they put this fucking paste in there so I can't take the thermistor or cartridge out with any ease, that's 30 dollars. Or you can get the whole extrudor with the direct driver AND that heatblock for like 50, but you still can't get any of it to come apart
  • Varine Varine:
Partsbuilt has individual parts I found but they're expensive. I think I can get bits swapped around and make this work with generic shit though
  • Ghan Ghan:
