I Have no import manager? =/

I can't seem to find my import manager, I know it has a shortcut on the toolbar, but my editor doesn't have it. Can anyone help? (Screen-shot below is my World Editor).

Get yourself The Frozen Throne, if that is The Frozen Throne, reinstall.

my sister broke my cd case along with the cd key on the case, so I can't install it, although I'm not sure why it isn't already on any of my computers =/ But thanks anyways.

Make your sister buy you a new one i would. If you get a new one, you should register wc3 in case something bad where to happen to it, then you can just download it from blizzards site.
