I want hero not to get skill point on levelup

Whenever a hero gains a level, he or she gains a skill point. These point can be used to learn a skill.

What I want is a way to turn this off, but I do want my hero to level as normal. In my game, each hero gains 1 skillpoint every 5 minutes, regardless of level(s gained)

Is there a way to do this? Thanks

Here you must replace (Last Created Unit) with some sort of variable, so the game know wich unit it are gonna give a skillpoint...

So when a hero gains a level, he will get the point BEFORE this trigger actually removes it? How big is the delay? Will the player of the leveling hero see a "1" popup and then flash away again?

The player will probably not notice it at all...
