Increase or Decrease a Projectiles size?

I dled a model from the Hive and it is an apc but extremely small. I have to make it like 4 times its size to make it decent. I gave it fire arrow attack as its projectile but then that becomes really huge! How do i increase or decreaes projectile sizes?

This would be cool info to know for future stuff like giant fireballs or something

For your situation, you can remove scaling of projectile

Art - Scale Projectiles <- set it to false
(its right above scaling value)

Without model editing or a custom system for projectiles (not recommended) you can't.

can u trigger it then? cause i see sometimes for abilites people make a dummy unit with the ability locust and somehow use that or something :confused:

If you want to use dummy units as projectile, there are a few things to note:

:D If projectile speed is below 522, you can simple create a "dummy" at the
location of the attacker and order it to move to the target.

:D If you projectile speed is higher, read this:

Digest and apply it making your "projectile" faster then normal.
You can also do a search in the forums for "Slide" for a simpler version.

:D You need to time the death of your projectile so that it "dies" when it hits.
You can use "distance between 2 points" and "speed of your projectile" to get the time.

it all seems to complicated for me and might cause lag or leaks if there are lots of units doing it, so is there a way to convert a projectile to a model and toggle size then import it?
