Increase Projectile Size and Timing

Whassup guys.

I ran into a problem while creating yet another custom hero. This hero is based on blood mage, but has a rifle man model. the hero is a sniper:

The projectile it uses to shoot is Fire Lords attack. But for some reason, the attack is delayed and shoots a few seconds after the hero lifts his gun as if he were shooting. Does anyone know how to correctly time this?

And one last small question. How can i increase a size of a projectile? :thup:

Could you be slightly more... err what the word im looking for... i seriously forgot. 0o

EDIT: slightly more precise? accurate? you know...

Is a bit more accurate.....

How can i increase a size of a projectile?

Base your projectile off of a unit , then change his scaling size in the object editor ( Art - Scaling Value )

then to scale projectile, i think you need to edit the model itself
i have the same prob before but didn't find the answer yet

Combat - Attack x - Animation Backswing Point
Combat - Attack x - Animation Damage Point

also
Art - Projectile Lunch&impact X,Y,Z
for more accurate projectile source
change those to values of rifleman, or make them even faster if you need
