Increasing Attack Range

I have a Marine and I want to increase his attack range and cool down but I couldn't find it in the Data section. Any help would be appreciated.

Weapons controls the attack range and cooldown (amongst others things) and, for refernce, Damage effects (from my experience, all the default ones are identifiable by a (Damage) suffix) control the damage amount

Go to the data editor.
Find your marine.
Find it's weapon (gauss or something) in the bottomleft menu.
Select it.
Now, right you will see stats-range and stats-period (a.speed / a.cooldown)
