It wont let me DL

When ever I try and DL any of the maps on the main page, it always sends me to the

Sorry!

Do you have referers off? Try turning them back on.

And, actually, I thought we turned that "feature" off? Hm...

Yeah, it lets me get to the maps page but if I click the DL button it sends me to that map error page.

EDIT: Ok now it will let me DL but it wont let me submit my map (same error screen when I click submit).

Im coming from your homepage and it just doesnt work (now the DL doesnt work either again).
