Supposedly there is a cached "list" of all handles.
Now recently we figured that I2H based systems tend to corrupt it - warcraft can't understand when a handle simply appears out of nowhere.
When this happens handles you create afterwards might get the same id as some existing...very bad thing really.

k i think i got it but what does this has to do with the timer?

Does it may happen in the beginning, or only when it reached the limit ?

I assume a timer doesn't get destroyed when the handle stack is corrupted.

BTW I never see DotA get corrupted?

AFAIK DotA uses I2H as well.....

or it will only happen when the number reached the limit ?
