this isn't a male only thing, plenty of "teen age girls" i know have sex, want to have sex, and enjoy having sex, and MOST DEFINITLY, all the girls i know, know exactly what can happen from having sex. they know more then the guys do, or atleast think about it.

And personally I think 16 is fine. After all, it's also the age at which (in England) you can get married. There's not really much more I can add to that really.

If some one is having sex at the age of 15 lets say, allmost 16, and so is theyr partner, why should AITHER of them have to PROVE they understand what they are doing. i mean surely it is enough that they say they know and understand, and decided to do it anyways.

i doubt a jurry will say, "well prove that you understand sex"...... theres only a few ways and all of them would be improper at t he least to explain in a court room.

That makes about as much sense as asking someone to prove theyr religion, or to prove theyr belief in it, or to prove theyr not a witch. you cant absolutly prove any of the things, atleast not indefinitly.

Have you ever been to court dude? The jury won't ask anything, the prosecuting lawyer will, and even if you did if the jury felt that it was too young they could just convict you anyway.

and the case of two same age people having sex under age affects BOTH SIDES. not just the male. FYI, she is in for the ride too, that means, that sense you can only get introuble with a accused rape situation if they can prove it, means that both consenting partners, are in for the ride of the judicial branch togethar.

I don't really understand how this is possible. There is no real difference between masturbation and sex (minus an STD/pregnancy risk).. so do these people think that sex damages hearing or vision as well?

omg..... i cant agree more with you. that is a great idea, i mean i say it should really be 13, while society would frown upon it, thus discurage most 13 year olds from it, but kids like me, wont be screwed over if they were to be caught.

i mean i hardly think consentual sex should be a crime, but if it must then let the age be 13 with a limited age range for a partner.
