Thats pretty neat, except how the text overlaps the hero a little.

I think minds map has way too much info to do it like that however.

His selection system is used throughout his map; eliminating the problem for the hero area won't eliminate all the others, so a finding a fix to make them ALL work would be better.

-Hey um, the game said items of necromancy are illegal, but we;ve had this orb FOREVER and no one seems to care.

-HA HA HA.... Cloak of flames kills people behind desks, and critters.

-Again, lightning lingers a wee bit too long.

-Highly suggest panning the camera when you enter the way gate.

-The day at the top is so plain. Can it say something like,

-The Mithral sword is called Claws of attack at the shop, but mithral sword in your inventory. This item is such BS, its +30 for only 600 gold. I've got about 14,000 gold. Naturally I do about 70 damage, so thats 50% increase for 600 bucks. I can buy six and deal out 250 a blow. Same comment for the steal sword.

-What does someone do with 17,000 gold or so? Nothing costs that much. Money has become irrelevent at level 15. Why should I work or earn money at all.....

-'Forgotton one' is total wuss.

I have a list from other people comming. Would you like me to combine / edit posts, or just post new so you see it?

Nice ideas, but I'm pretty sure the WAV/MP3 files to do this would make the map HUGE. Thats for more of campaign / solo maps.

I've worried about that myself. That's why I've added purchaseable artifacts and additional heroes to the game.

We should discuss this issue further. What else should money be used for?

In fact, this rhetoric has a philosophical value. Why should we earn money in real life? We bathe in luxury; Is it possible to us, decadent as we are, to enjoy luxury?

I'm used to those respectless insults, and, having no self-respect, I am also able to control my rage... You may post those issues without editting them.

My roomate made a list of suggestions & comments while playing your map.

Do you want me to EDIT my post and ADD to the list, or just make a NEW post.

Also, the "Stack Items" system doesn't work at all, and I can't find out where the error lies.

Money? I think things should gennerally be more expensive across the board.

I mean, those swords are dirt cheap. Pennis on the dollar. They are imbalanced anyway.

Other items are dirt cheap too. I mean, you start off hard up for money, and have very ltitle, so its difficult. But you' be suprised how quickly it seems to accumulate.

Instead of rebalancing the prices, I'll reduce the point value percentage of the items which you sell to merchants.

You almost have to rebalance man.

Like I said, the BEST items are way too cheap. For example, the +30 sword should be more like 1200-1700. Houses should be double or tripple too.

You can buy a +30 sword for 600, and a house for 1000?

I can buy a fully decked out bushmaster AR-15 assult rifle with bipod mount for 1200 bucks, but a house around here costs 120-300,000 bucks.

So I'd suggest a house should be 2500 or so if not more, and those swords should be more like 1700 or so. Other godly items should follow suit.

OR, reduce the ammount of money earned across the board.

The swords are now rebalanced.

An Iron Sword adds 6 damage, and costs 200 gold pieces.
A Steel Sword adds 12 damage, and costs 500 gold pieces.
A Mithril Swords adds 15 damagae, and costs 800 gold pieces.

A house hasn't much useful abilities at all, in my opinion.

Also, players now obtain only 25% - instead of 50% - of the point value of a sold item, just like in The Founding of Durotar, Blizzards official Orc Campaign of the Expansion Set.

I must find some other way to spend money...

LOL Kim loaded the new one right now, she is happy you fixed the 'slection click' when picking your hero.

I HIGHLY reccomend your map description has a version in it, we couldn't figgure out which one was new, so i deleted the old one.

When delivering the scroll to Lord Mayor, I clicked on him, and the game locked up, never to resume.

I discovered an endless loop in the trigger which is supposed to remove the letter from the hero which nears the Lord Mayor and give its owner a certain amount of gold… It is fixed now.

It has no Else function

That's not exactly what caused the game to crash.

An item of the type "Note to Cervin" is removed from the triggering hero. If the triggering hero still carries an item of the type "Letter to Lord Mayor Lyrann", then the trigger is fired again. Until the game finally collapses and desynchronizes.

Then delete the last if then else action. That will brake the loop and the note will only be removed once, right?
