God i sound like a noob... (actually i kinda am) but what do i type or w/e to show the mana cost of a spell (like under the spell name, should be a mana cost view with a blue thingy near it).
And i don't know how to put a lvl requirement on a spell. E.G - like ulti's, u need to be lvl 6 to pick the ability as well as use it. Thx.
