Make RPG Camera Unchangable

Ok, I need a way to make the camera look on a unit from back of a unit, a 3rd person camera, and I need to make the unit move with arrow keys. I also need to make the camera rotate as the unit does. I hoipe you understand what I want to do, please help me :)

Need X camera (use the angle you want)
ROTATION real variable (initial: 180)

Every 0.03 seconds

Apply Camera (X) for player 1
Pan Camera for player using (Facing of unit + ROTATION) degrees


Player presses the right key
Turn on RightCameraRotation

Camera rotation
Every 0.03 secs
set ROTATION = ROTATION + 1

And what about movement? I am making a maze, and I need a system to move the unit around. I thought about making it on arrow keys, but then if the area was inacesible there would be some bugs...

make a trigger that spawns the unit...and makes it goto checkpt 1
then make all unit reach checkpt on goto checkpt 2....until the end checkpt where u remove them so on...

THere isn't and option to move units instantly facing angle
EDIT: And the rotations are making sometimes the camera flash for a second, and the rotation is very rough. Can it be smoother?
I made it work on turning a trigger on and off when a key is pressed and released. But I still don't understand how to make unit go forward by an amount. Please help?
