hey....why not use entangle?, as the ability used by the dummy units and just add missile and missile art... and other arts..

Didn't Squishy suggested using Storm Bolt. I've even provided the trigger in Post#17. Just change the Storm Bolt missile to your arrow model.

Edit:
And please don't base the 'Freeze' ability off War Stomp. Or else, you'll still see the deformation =.=. Use Other instant spells (Fan of Knives, Roar, Berserk etc...).

It will be like nova, I dont need missle.. Roar is good idea.

You could just do the whole thing through triggers...

Event - unit casts ability

condition - ability = Mass Freeze

actions -
if(level of mass freeze = 1)
then
Unit Group - Pick all units in x range of casting unit owned by enemies of owner of casting unit
{
Pause picked units animation
Pause picked unit
create SFX at location of picked unit ( freezing breath model )
wait X seconds of spell
unpause picked units animation
unpause picked unit
destroy special effect
}

You would have to do more to remove leaks / remove all the special effects.

I have a very easy way to do what you want. Why dont you just make a custom ability based off of warstomp and change the buff to a freezing effect like freezing breath or something.

you could even change caster art to a frost nova so it looks even better

This is what he tried first, but warstomp comes with a terrain deformation that you cant take off. ( I havn't tried thats just what was said. )
