max gold cost of a unit?

im just wondering if 100k is the max gold that anything can cost? cos i dont want to have to use wood for big units cos i wana use that for something else...

Just use a variable instead of wood.

basicly theres a hero arena every 3mins and the winner was guna recieve 1 wood which they could buy different items with

He means a different, custom, variable than gold or wood.
Let's say the integer array is called Points
Then you make a trigger that adds something to the points (maybe if gold gets higher than 100k) and another trigger that checks if the player has enough points if the unit is sold/trained. Then it decreases the amount for this player and spawns the unit, else it does nothing (removes the unit).

Or just make players gain less gold and make what ever cost less gold
