Need help im the nobbiest of all noobs

I was just wondering if someone could tell me how i make a gold mine....
I know this is sounding very noobie but thats just what i am..

You have to go to the Unit Palette, then to Neutral Passive. That's where the gold mines are.

Uhhh.. new prob.. How can i delete units or doodads

When you're placing a unit, a ghost of it appears on the screen, right? Well, if you want to delete from there, go to the top where you see a dashed-line box and click it. Then click on a unit on the map so a green circle appears around it and hit delete.

or instead of clicking the box you can hit space bar to tab between having unit placing and unit removing.

actually, it's unit placing and unit selecting. Once selected, you can move it, edit it's stats (Like items it drops, abilities, etc.) or delete it.

skin can be edited and cant be used...

Don't exactly know what you mean but I think you are asking how to implement skins into your maps.

You first import the skin in the import manager. Double click on the imported file and rename it, to the path of the unit you edited. For example if you edited Furion it would look like this: Units\NightElf\Furion\Furion.blp

Then go to a unit and choose the model which the skin is based off of. Again for example you edited Furion, you use Furion as your model.

Now if you test it, you can see your skin. If you want to see it in World Editor then save your map, close World Editor, then open the map in World Editor, again.
