Need help on map

[Lobster]

I Have a new idea for a warcraft map. Ive seen it talked about one time. What I want to do is make a turnbased battle system. I need some help. Heres what I have done and what I need to do:

I need to:

A)add critical hits and evasion
B)make spells do damage

I have done: A)added an attack system
B)made the heros and planned out abilities.
C)figured out how to make spells be learnt at certain levels.

Can anyone help me?
By the way, did i just bump?
