Need help with JassHelper

I need help making my JassHelper work...
i downloaded it from http://www.wc3campaigns.net/showthread.php?t=88142 and i don't rly get how to make it work... i am not using JassNewGenPack coz i am getting error when downloading it from Wc3campains.net(it's not about antivir).

Any easy solution on how to make JassHelper work?

Look, to be honest, if you can't get Newgen to work properly you won't be able to use Jasshelper on its own. It is far more complicated using Jasshelper without the World Editor (which is what you are doing when you don't have Newgen). I still don't see how you could have got an error when downloading Newgen... unless you're using a Mac or something.

The Newgen file that you download is in an archive (kind of like a zip file) called .7z. You need a program like Winrar or Winzip to open it. That could possible be your problem. Make sure you select save as and not open if that's how you are trying to use it.

I have ZipGenius6...
When i get to 90+% of Jass new gen download, it displays and error about the download:
"File C:\Documents and Settings\Arek\Pulpit\jassnewgenpack5a.7z.part cannot be saved, because the source code is damaged.

Please try again later or contact administrator of the server."

It's how i can translate the error poping out...

I am trying to download it from 2 days...

ZipGenius6 CAN extract *.7z files (i am using it for a long time...)

When i asked my friend to try to download it, he had the same error...

It's not about the program...the error pops up before i finish download...
I am using 7-zip on other comp and i am getting same error...

If he's saving it, then it shouldn't matter what extracting program he uses.

What browser do you use? I downloaded it with Google Chrome and it worked fine. Maybe you set some settings that disagree with the program being dled?

I am using the newest Mozilla Firefox...

When i download it with Internet Explorer it shows up same error.

Umm... the thread you posted was to download Jasshelper, not JassNewgenPack. They are not the same thing. Go to the world editor help forum here on the helper, click the useful tools link, then select Jass Newgen Pack from the list.
