how about this:

Darkness Blast - Active
-Emites a blast that corrupts enemies dealing 5/10/15/20 DPS and reducing armor by 2/4/6/8 for 8 seconds.

Soul Explosion - Active
-Sends out a nova from the casters position dealing damage in an AoE and deals extra damage to those with the Darkness Blast buff apon them. Once they have been hit by this explosion, the lifetime of the buff is reset to 8 seconds.

Death by Sight - Passive
-Every second this aura reduces the Strength of nearby enemy heros, the longer they stay near the Hero the more that is reduced per second. 1 Str is reduced per second for the first 5 seconds, then 2 Str every second for the next 5 seconds, then 5 etc. After the enemy hero has run 900 units away from the hero, the Strength is restored. Strength cannot be reduced below 1.

Unholy Blast - Active [Ultimate]
-Shoots a cone blast that deals damage according to the difference in Strength between the casting hero and the targets, also dealing an additional 200 damage if the target has the Darkness Blast buff on it.

Redemption of the Undead - Passive [Greater Ultimate]
-Every 4 consecutive hits on one target, decrease the attacked enemies armor by 4 and slows them by 26% for 2 seconds. Also increases his attackspeed by 25%. Armor reduction and attack speed stacks.

STR hero.

If you can give me some ideas for a hero with no mana I mean for a hero who will spend his own life to cast active abilities

ok how about:

An eye for an eye - Active
-Deals 200 damage to the caster and the target, but also steals 4/6/8/10 Strength for 9/10/11/12 seconds.

Burning on the inside - Active
-Costs some hit points to cast, single target. That target will take DPS according to how much hp he looses in the next 5/6/7/8 seconds. (for example, like 20% of damage dealt per second. so he's on 200 hp and looses 100hp, then it will deal 20% which is 20 damage for the first instance, then another 20% but it adds up etc)

Flaming Heart - Passive
-When the Hero casts a spell on a single target, he drains 15x his strength from the targeted enemy instantly and then steals 1/2/3/4 hit point regen for 12 seconds.

Enflame - Active [Ultimate]
-Targets one target and reduces his movement speed to 10% and making him immobile for 2/3/4/5 seconds. While immobile, all attacks apon this target will drain 3x the attackers Strength from the target and restore the hit points to the attacker.

Deadly Embers - Active [Greater Ultimate]
-Find a cool effect for this, shoots out flames in all directions. Costs all the casters hit points except 100, leaving him on low hit points but dealing the amount dealt to him twice as much apon all enemies hit by these huge flames.

Use some fire style model. But must have a STR look.
All abilities should cost Hit Points.

Do you like that? or something more/less challenging?

haha ok, well how about the troll (like huskar in dota) or perhaps the firelord?
um theres lots of options, unless you want like a custom model?

Infectious Plague
Infects the target (target parameters E.G. living) unit with a plague, dealing 20 damage per second. When the unit dies, an infectious zombie will spawn from that corpse. Zombies have a 50% chance of infecting their targets with the plague. Dies after 30 seconds.

Something along those lines. In multiplayer, it would mean players may want to prioritize the targeted zombies, adding another scenario to a fight.

Deathly Chill
Damages all units nearby the unit for 40 damage per second.

Basically a rewrite of Immolation. Lazy, but Scourge-ey. Use some sort of chill/ice graphic to make it right.

Split (maybe think up a more creative name...)
When the Hero dies, two skeletons spawn. If one survives for 20 seconds, the Hero is revived. Skeletons must be killed within 4 seconds of each other, or else they will both be set back to full health.

Would be interesting to try, though would need some triggering. Maybe make the skeletons uncontrollable to not make things too easy for the player controlling the dead Hero.
