I'm pretty sure those (reputation and more preset avatars) aren't possible on free-forums (phpBB doesn't have reputation by default and you probably need FTP access to add some new avatars).

But it is probably the first you look at, and it is in big bold letters..

The ads on that site are killing you. The bottom ads are right up against your posts. It might not look as bad if you had multiple posts but on the single posts it looks bad. Try to get those bottom ads on the side bar or at least put some space between them and the posts.

You might consider some other type of free forum like Invision or PHPBB, you can get free hosting that might support that here
