New Gen troubles... Please read and answer asap +rep for help

Ok, my friend and i are trying to create a map, we both use New Gen (latest version) ive done that thing to get it to work with the patched version of world edit and have activated all the extensions yet when i try and open one of the maps my friend shows me i get this error message. This map contians no Jass

Trigger function does not exists in database: OperatorComapreEventID

I will put in a screen shot in a second. Please help, im really needing to view this map today, +rep for the right answer.

"OperaterCompareEventID" is an UMSWE function, but it seems like UMSWE is not working. Look at the title bar I got no idea really...

*Problem Solved*
UAC/Firewall was blocking it.
