New Races That I Made

Well i think i should post this here but before anybody says anything read the following sentence :
I MADE THESE, NOT BLIZZARD

Now mods/admins move this whereever it goes. I just want ideas and feedback. It isnt really a project so it wouldnt go in members projects, and i dont need help so i dont think it would go in wehz. Sooo here we gooo...

I will post the concept arts i drew once i get my scanner working.

Name - Terrasus
Description - Gopher/human people. Live underground, very technological. (I guess its a mix of the WoW gnomes and a rodent )

Town Hall -
Dwelling - Underground entrance with a pipeline going from the front into the ground and a gear near the top.
Cave - Underground entrance with a pipeline going from the front into the ground, two gears near the top/middle, and a small metal room on the side of the entrance.
Cavern - Underground entrance with a pipeline going from the front into the ground, two gears near the top/middle, a small metal room on the side of the entrance, another small room on the opposite side, a pipe connecting the 2 metal rooms, and a small power generator to the side of the entrance

Peon -
Engineer - Small gopher with a yellow hard hat, no armor, and a small wrench. (<3)

Food Source -
Junk Pile - A pile of dirt, mud, gears, and metal chunks

Barracks -
Den - Very small, flat cave with a large metal room on top. Gear on one side and window on the other.

Footman -
Trooper - Small gopher with small shoulder pads and small metal shorts. Has a metal ring around his tail and uses a tiny hammer.

Sounds aloud like kolboads the rat thing with the pick axes, but hey if oyu need ideas rodants often have parasites and sicknesses so maybe that ca be and upgrade and there has to a unit that has a drill and trap holes for def

I have the pictures drawn on paper, but my scanner donesnt work. Im getting a new one sometime this week so keep waiting

That looks a lot different than my race. My race is small, chubby, and weak.

So this guys won't focus in raw melee power, more on technology? Will they use any kind of magic?

Well all races have to have magic. But the mechanical unit, like the siege engine, will be in a robot suit. They have ranged weapons like guns though. And one has a tazer. They just arent huge mutant gophers in full metal body armor.

isn't that more of a starcraft?
Instead, make them more based on their own bodily weapons.
Like how lions have teeth, hawks have talons, etc.
As they will be a whole new species of a type of "animal", it should have more bodily characteristics.

Like they have friggin sharp teeth that can drill or something.
Or huge claws like anteaters or w/e.
And going with the whole rodent theme, add bats or something for air.

It seems fairly a small "project" then. If you're thinking of an entire new race that can go in every game, you'll need to talk to blizzard.

Of course i cant send it to blizzard. This is just for concepts. Then i will make the models and make the race.
