NewGen help - [Different Question Now]

How do I get/implement NewGen?
Ive been looking at this http://www.thehelper.net/forums/showthread.php?t=98319 and it says I need NewGen. I got....something...
I downloaded a file "jassnewgenpack3g.7z" and extracted it, but when I run NewGen WorldEditor.exe and try to use the script, it gives a similar error that the regular editor does, but this one closes the program after...

Well, I just put it all in there and the program is running, but I am still getting errors when I try to use the script.

So the problem isn't because of the Program?
It is based on the Script then, right?

EDIT: By the way, are you sure you have the old world editor from the tutorial?

Yeah...
I renamed the original one "worldeditold.exe" and put in the one I downloaded from the tutorial. Should I remove the old one all together?

I removed it, but a compiler error means that the program isn't compiling correctly.

The problem with the new WE not working with NewGen is that Blizzard changed their compiler (for some unknown reason).

that doesnt matter. Its the script that is giving compile errors. I cant even save the demo file that the script has because it gives compile errors. I can run it, but not save.
Ugh this is annoying. Most def +rep to anyone who can figure this out

Then you don't have JASS NEW GEN Pack installed.

You did it it like I explained in the Tutorial?

You must have done something wrong I guess because everything AceHart touches is Gold, so it isn't the System wich doesn't work.

Have you disabled the normal WE syntax checker? Go to grimoire > Disable WE syntax checker.

Okay, the editor works, but what do I do for the exe?
It doesnt start...ugh this is annoying.
First it gave an error, so I switched out war3.exe and renamed newgen Warcraft.exe "war3.exe"
is that what you're supposed to do?
This is kinda urgent now because my world editor is broken basically...
