Percentage Max Life Bonus?

Is it possible to increase a units max life by percentage?

There are no abilities to do that, they can only do a fixed amount like +100 hp or so.
I'm fairly certain the trigger editor doesn't allow this either, but I'm not completely sure.

Haven't got access to the Editor atm, so I can't elaborate further atm.

try setting a units life to 120%

then it might increase by 20% of its original


I'm not sure if it works and i don't think it will, tell me if it does

Otherwise you can just use an upgrade on the unit, then give the player the upgrade.
That will work!

does, at least in GUI it wont, the BJ function that refers to got a check to prevent setting beyond max
you may have better luck directly using JASS to set beyond max
but i dont think its possible either

@istar: he's talking about Max life, not increasing life beyond max.
