Popping up a picture

I would like a Picture, of Azeroth to pop in the middle of a interclude. Is there a way to do that ?

If you want to pop up a picture during the game there is a good tutorial on it here

If you want it during the loading screen... its possible but I am not sure where you could find a tutorial on it

There is already an in-game loading screen of it. I forgot where it is.

the image extractor didnt work for me..... luckily the image viewer did
