The word 'the' refers to something specific.
Since Illusory is a generic word in that phrase, so using 'the' is not gramatically nor cosmetically correct

'Skin of Illusory' or 'Illusory Skin' is good enough IMO
(we've wasted a page just to discuss about the name of a skill )

I wonder how IceFrog could get a strange-but-cool name like 'Jinada', 'Juxtapose', etc.
So cool I wish you could make one.

Does 'that skill' work on Illusion (will they make one?) ?

(or you may want try "Bunretsu Kifu" which means 'Dividing Skin' or something like that)

nagas are more suitable with english or french names. Samurais and rounins (they are almost the same... just the retarded and not) are more suitable with japanese names...

Samurai is a warrior, hired to fight a war, or protect or guard something, etc.
Rounin is a warrior that doesn't serve anyone or any side, just a free warrior (that'll get hired someday, or not and die)

I should recommend that you should put the INFORMATION of the skills when choosing, not the effects in level 5..

Example:

Strikes a unit with a static bolt of lightning, pulling the target back to Rain and inflicting 375 damage to it.

IT SHOULD BE LIKE THIS:

Strikes a unit with a static bolt of lightning, pulling the target to Rain's position and inflict damage to it.

See the difference? It shouldn't show any damage and you can see this:

To:

Lightning Strike
