Rep Given + Public Groups

Here are two questions I've been meaning to ask about TheHelper

1 I can easily find the rep thats been given to me, but how do I find the rep I've given to other people?

2 What are public groups for. I see them on my profile, and I'm not part of any. Do they actually exist on this website? How can I be part of one?

1) You can't see what rep has been given to others, only the rep you have been give.

2) They aren't used, but they are for like specific groups of people. For instance you could have clans as groups.

We should so use public groups "These cheese eating totally awesome group that own the non cheese eating groups."
