Routing QoS?

I am trying to set up QoS onto a D-Link ADSL Router.

1) Can I do this. Does it support QoS?

2) How and where to do this if at all possible?

To what end? Why would you want to setup QoS on an edge router since the internet you're passing it onto does not have QoS? Are you sure you're not looking more for rate limiting or traffic shaping policies instead? At least that would make more sense to use on an edge router.

Well in truth, I cannot give the model no# away for security reasons. And my motivation it to give my homestays voice chat a lower priority then my WoW because he is always on chewing up my bandwith!!
