Umm... stun the target, increase the caster's speed, give it over to an unused computer while retaining the same color, order it to attack the target, un-stun the target, then give the caster back to the original player.

I pause the target yes, it doesn't affect the caster. So it does work, Also if this is used by anyone, don't forget to change maximum movements speed to 522 in the gameplay constants.

3. erm... u can use channel... or...well, thats the easiest one otherwise you could use storm hammer with 100 range, or any other unit-targeted spell wich you can modify so it has no effect. but channel is my call
I am working on getting access to the old news portal under a different URL for those that would rather use that for news before we get a different news view.
It is OK though for the main page to open up on the forum in the view it was before. As long as the portal has its own URL so it can be viewed that way I do want to try it as a regular forum view for a while
I switched it to a "Standard" article forum. This will show the thread list like normal, but the threads themselves will have the first post set up above the rest of the "comments"
