Avatar, Berserk, Windwalk, Immolation, Mana Shield are very instant. For Berserk and Windwalk, you can even add ability, cast, and remove immediately. They still work fine.
Fan of Knives, Roar etc interrupt channeling orders I believe. Movement orders should be still fine.

Ghan has said he has fixed this. Monovertex please confirm this fix. This was only a problem with people that had signatures in the upper levels like not the special members but the respected members.
