Spell Ideas Thread

Those of you who visit the WEHZ frequently have probably seen their version of this thread. Essentially here you submit your spell ideas for others to use if they want, or even just to showcase your originality and talent.

Demo Maps are welcome and they can be as wild or outrageous as you want. So go crazy.

Here is an example of one:

Name: Psi Scream

Cast Type: Channeled
Targets: Aoe around the caster targeting enemies
Description: You let loose a scream so powerfull that the crippling psionic power slowly pushes nearby enemy units away from you and deals damage to them over time. This also debuffs enemies in a wider range slowing them by 20%, this debuff lasts for 1.5x the time of the scream.
Special Effects: A pulsating purple ring around the caster. The caster also braces itself in an agressive stance and looks up into the air (not sure how to do this yet but i bet its possible with a few models)

you can use this as a template, but you can include any type of description you want, ranks, multiple affects, like i said: go crazy. Just copy and paste to begin:

I took the liberty of making your spell in the editor. I skipped the part of slowing units in far away for 1.5x of the scream duration. Not because it's hard to do in the data editor but because it was cool enough like this and I thought it would look weird.

I know it doesn't look exactly as you described it but it I think it looks pretty nice. It looks even better in game.
