Temporary hero convert

Is there a way to make a spell that converts an enemy hero for ten seconds, without using neither triggers nor jass??
That is, using only the object editor...
I tried the charm spell, but that converts the hero permanently...

The reason I'm posting this is that I'm in a contest where one should make the best custom map with only the object editor... And yes, I am allowed to ask for help in forums

you could try specify duration instead of 0. Like with summons 0 mean prenament when 1 mean 1 second life
