TGA to BLP

Well,
Hello everyone, I've currently stumbled onto some models that use TGA skins, So.
With the Wc3 Viewer, I changed it into a BLP.
I opened up the model with the Wc3 Model Editor, and made it instead use the lot smaller, but same quality skin.
The skin Applied. But, it was upside down. I opened both skins up and looked and sure enough the TGA was Right side up and the blp had somehow turned upside down.
I've tried this with a few of the models some of the skins went upside down, some stayed upright.
What am I Doing wrong?

That sounds like it'd turn out really weird on the unit . I guess you would just halve to vertically flip it in photoshop/irviewfan or whatever your using until its rightside up Sorries I dont model very much

If it flips the BLP upside down, try flipping the TGA upside down. Then maybe it would go upright.

Just tried it.
I Flipped the TGA upside down,
the BLP stayed the same way. So the Model still has upside down Textures. Is there a way to edit the blp to flip the texture?

If its normal, it flips it.
If its flipped. it stays?

Thats not possible is it?
There is no way for a computer to 'know' which way up it is.

It seems pretty possible, and Unless you want me to go download some kinda of video recorder and show you. You have to take my word.
Because if it wasn't possible, I Wouldn't of posted this thread. xD
Hopefully someone will post in a way to slove/combat this problem.

I don't believe the model is corrupt, as it works, with both the upside down blp skin,
and the huge right side up tga skin.

Also, fixing the skin would have nothing to do with the model so I don't feel "obligated" of putting it up, also if you want it, it is located on a website, do some searching.

Players probably wouldn't notice, but I'd rather fix this, if not, Owell, tho it will be more noticeable on the AUG and other guns I have.
