I see that TheHelper Town has grown massively since I was last on. (+3 Super Skyscrapers). Good Job on the link exchanges TH. I will advertise on different places, and also I will see if i can find any other link exchanges, which you have not added TheHelper Town to.

I can get us to the growth rate of #4 without any extra power. With extra power I could conceivably match minibotville but that won't beat it let alone catch up with it. Matching minbotville would be a stretch too. We still have not even entered the next phase of this operation though, and it sounds like we will be poised up against the real competition once that starts rolling out.
