Tileset question

I use Lordaeron tileset but I want Cliff types of another type. How do I change to another cliff type without changing the whole tileset?

Isn't possible anymore ._. but you can change normal tiles but not cliffs

NewGen has only new tiles not cliff, WEU works, but so many tells it is so bad that it isn't good to use it, and it has a lot of bugs xD

WEU - World Editor Unlimited or something, I read about it on hiveworkshop.
