Trigger ability after set amount of time

Hey,

What I want to do is that after a set amount of time a unit (Boss/Hero) begins casting an ability. My problem is not the trigger itself, only to find the appropiate function to make the boss use his ability.

Unit - Order Unit to cast ability (Archmage - Blizzard) or the likes.
