Alright, another question, god I feel like such a noob. Nonetheless:

The glowy foot switches: How do you make them open a gate when you step on them, and when you step off, it closes? Also how do you make it stay open when you step off the switch?

This probably involves a trigger code, so do I need to learn JASS?

Notice, that the Second Trigger is Initally OFF.
The Regions used are placed right under the Switches.

Edit: MyGawd. I should start reading the Posts more carefully. Sorry @ OP. I kinda missunderstood your question.
Simply make a Trigger which closes the Gates when the Unit leaves the Switch Region.

its like this
its a doodad and you can find it northrend > bridges/ramps > foot switch

this is an example you can probably make it alot better but this was on my mind :p

Alright, I have NO idea what I'm supposed to do with that. Although it's good i don't have to use JASS. I'm in the Trig editor right now trying to figure out wth to do >.<. Can i possibly have a step by step thing?

Edit: No idea what to do with both of those =P.

Put ur switcher out on ur map (you can fund them in doodad northrend > bridges/ramps > foot switch

when you have selected a good spot for it create a region on that place.

then create an Event
Event
A unit enters region XX

then when he have entered the region you must open the door
so create an Action
Open gate/door 001

5,
if you want a special person to open the door use this Condition
Event
Unit - A unit enters region XX
Condition
Entering unit equals to Footman
Action
Destructible - Open gate/door 001
you can also play a sound so ppl know you open the gate ^_^

6,
then you must replace the switch with the so called "dead" switch
Destructible - Kill Foot Switch 9991
then create a new
Destructible - Create dead foot switch at region XX facing etc

7,
then like i forgot and Nymne didnt you must turn it off
Trigger - Turn of this trigger

WOOT it worked! + rep to both of u guys, i've been wondering this for awhile. So, How can i get the switch to close the door then, once I get off it? That's a whole separate trigger i spose... another step by step thing? ^^

Then we have to get it based by Nymnes triggers so all of this goes to Nymnes cuz i hate taking credit for other ppls work

in your last trigger you must make a new Action then
Trigger - Turn on Switch off

2,
Then a new trigger named switch off since last trigger was ON
then we must create an event
Event
unit - A unit leaves region XX

3,
then as last time
Action
Destructible - Close Iron Gate
but we are closing it this time
as i said before if you want a special unit you must create a Condition
Condition
Leaving unit equals to Footman

4,
Destructible - Kill the dead switch
Destructible - Create one new (not dead)

5,
Trigger - Turn of this trigger
Trigger - Turn on trigger switch ON

Then how do i make it bigger?

Left: -1184
Right: -1152
Bottom: 1248
Top: 1280

If those have anything to do with it... they were in the Edit Region Properties.

Nevermind. My friend showed me how to make the regions bigger.

    I bought an Ender 3 during the pandemic and tinkered with it all the time. Just bought a Sovol, not as easy. I'm trying to make it use a different nozzle because I have a fuck ton of Volcanos, and they use what is basically a modified volcano that is just a smidge longer, and almost every part on this thing needs to be redone to make it work

    Luckily I have a 3d printer for that, I guess. But it's ridiculous. The regular volcanos are 21mm, these Sovol versions are about 23.5mm

    So, 2.5mm longer. But the thing that measures the bed is about 1.5mm above the nozzle, so if I swap it with a volcano then I'm 1mm behind it. So cool, new bracket to swap that, but THEN the fan shroud to direct air at the part is ALSO going to be .5mm to low, and so I need to redo that, but by doing that it is a little bit off where it should be blowing and it's throwing it at the heating block instead of the part, and fuck man

    I didn't realize they designed this entire thing to NOT be modded. I would have just got a fucking Bambu if I knew that, the whole point was I could fuck with this. And no one else makes shit for Sovol so I have to go through them, and they have... interesting pricing models. So I have a new extruder altogether that I'm taking apart and going to just design a whole new one to use my nozzles. Dumb design.

    Can't just buy a new heatblock, you need to get a whole hotend - so block, heater cartridge, thermistor, heatbreak, and nozzle. And they put this fucking paste in there so I can't take the thermistor or cartridge out with any ease, that's 30 dollars. Or you can get the whole extrudor with the direct driver AND that heatblock for like 50, but you still can't get any of it to come apart

    Partsbuilt has individual parts I found but they're expensive. I think I can get bits swapped around and make this work with generic shit though
