Two skills reacting to each other?

I need help to trigger the bolded part of the skills:

Indulge:

At the cost of 40/80/120 life, Verus is able to recover the mana of all his allies within a 500 AoE (60/100/140 points – based on Condensation level). Additionally, enemies withis the same AoE are damaged. Mana recovery and damage values are 60/100/140 with type pure. [B]If used shortly after Rekindle, gives 20/40/60 bonus mana to allies and deals 20/40/60 bonus damage to enemies[/B].

Rekindle:

At the cost of 40/80/120 mana, Verus is able to heal all his allies within a 500 AoE (60/100/140 points – based on Condensation level). Additionally, enemies within the same AoE experience a decline in their current mana. Heal and mana reduction valies are 80/140/200. [B]If used shortly after Indulge, gives 20/40/60 more heal to allies and deals 20/40/60 more mana reduction to enemies.[/B]

Check if the unit has the specific buff.
Make a condition from Boolean Comparison I guess then try to find if unit has specific buff.
Then just do the actions.

When casting those abilities, you make an if then else to check if Verus has a buff. If he has the buff, you have change the level of the ability to 4 / 5 /6 (instead of level 1 / 2 /3) which have the increased effects. Then you make him cast the spell, and set the level back afterwards. If he doesn't have the buff, you just make him cast the spell normally.

When casting the two supporting abilities, you give a buff to Verus which you remove a few seconds later.
