I want to make an ability that makes a unit fly. This works correctly, but it still is targetted as ground so it doesn't really help.

Is it possible to make it targetted as air?

Thanks, snowtiger.

to make a unit fly, add the Crow form ability to your unit and then remove it. Then change the unit flying height.

yes i do so, but the unit is still targetted as a ground unit (footman can still attack it, while it is flying above them...)

Just keep the crow form for the druid ability change the tech stuff and model if you want to make it simple.

Keep the crow form in a not viewable spell book.

I now have this (isn't working):

FLy
Events
Unit - A unit Begins casting an ability
Conditions
(Ability being cast) Equal to Levitate
Actions
Unit - Add classification of A flying unit to (Triggering unit)
Unit - Remove classification of A ground unit from (Triggering unit)
Unit - Add Crow Form to (Triggering unit)
Animation - Change (Triggering unit) flying height to 300.00 at 75.00

in init i disable crow form for all players.

(the unit raises in the air, but it still isn't targetted as air unit.

Edit: It works now, i used another model and crow form (first i had the druid of the talon model, but he transforms into a crow everytime)
