What's the best programm for creating skins and models for Warcraft III? :banghead:
Frankly I deal with this stuff first time! lol!

for modeling you can use... gmax for example.

for skins you would need Warcraft III Viewer or Wc3 ImageExtractor II and a painting programm of course

www.gimp.org is a free painting model which you can make Icons/Skins for and wc3 image extractor is on www.wc3sear.ch

go to www.getpaint.net for an upgraded version of paint (actually quite good)
and get milkshape 3d for moddleing not gmax ( lol i just hate gmax 4 sum reason)
