Which Cheats More The Map Maker Or The Gamer?

It really depends on what you mean by 'cheats' as well.
If you mean test commands like
-gold 999
-level 890
-lives 45697

then it's the mapper. Because others can't use the cheats, they're removed

Or did you mean whosyourdaddy, greedisgood, etc?
