Why wont Hostile units -

Use Spells? I'll create a custom spell, give it to a unit ( Talking about Active abilities, not passive ) and the unit will never cast a spell. I have the obvious things down, mana, level required, ect. I can not find anywhere under the Ability Editor that would help me with my problem.

Can anyone give me a hand?
 
Since it is a custom spell, the neutral hostile AI doesnt recognize it, and therefore doesnt know how to use it in the game.
 
Thought so. Are there any Events I'm overlooking that are completely Random? I mean, I could basicly choose from when he's at a certain Health Point, every few seconds, and a few others.
 
Just tell them to constantly cast it at a random unit within a certain range of them. Then when the cooldown is done they just cast.
 
it depends what type of spell it is. also i thought that if you, for example base of another spell, the computer will make that unit use the spell that you created as if it was the spell you based it off :confused:
 
It should... my computer controlled units only make use of the spell when it is necessary (ie. not use custom War Stomp when alone)

    I have converted the Headline News forum to an Article type forum. It will now show the top 20 threads with more detail of each thread.

    I do not see a way to go past the 1st page of posts on the forum though

    It is OK though for the main page to open up on the forum in the view it was before. As long as the portal has its own URL so it can be viewed that way I do want to try it as a regular forum view for a while

    Yeah I'm not sure what the deal is with the pagination.

    It SHOULD be there so I think it might just be an artifact of having an older style.

    I switched it to a "Standard" article forum. This will show the thread list like normal, but the threads themselves will have the first post set up above the rest of the "comments"
