A very simple top down shooter that tasks you with cleansing each level of zombies and infected.

Each level pits you against zombies bent on spreading the Z virus to the healthy civilian populous. Your hero (and up to 5 others), the saviour, muist kill every zombie and cure every infected civilian and hero before they turn into one of the walking dead.

There are 3 different kinds of zombies. Your standard shambolic zombie, slow but hard to kill. Exploding zombie which is just like your standard one but explodes on death damaging everything in a small radius, including other zombies. And finally rage zombies, fast but fragile.

Aside from being able to cure infections of the Z virus, your saviour can heal, throw grenades, sprint, throw nets or boost stats. You don't gain experience from killing zombies, but rather at the end of each level you will gain one level.

Also at the end of each level, you will be given a score rating of your performance depending on how many civilians you saved/killed, zombies killed and some other factors.

Still beta with more things to come, as I think of them or you guys suggest.
So far 6 levels, and I should mention there is friendly fire, when you toss a grenade.

Just a note to all those waiting on an update for CHLW. My sincerest apologies to you all, I'm actually outta ideas for it to make it worthy of the update that I had hoped for, so I guess for now, its going back on hiatus...

Sounds pretty fun although the zombies do seem a bit unoriginal. I shall try it out!

EDIT: Ok, I quickly tested it out for like 3 minutes. It's pretty simple but fun. :) The grenade ability doesn't work I think. It never did anything when I used it. Good job! Could have more... features. :thup:

Yeah,with grenade it's an issue with cluster rockets. What I've noticed is that cluster rockets is a "psuedo channel" spell, what I mean by that is, if you order the caster to move or anything else before all the projectiles from the spell have hit, it won't damage the full amount, and in this case none at all. So you have to stand still till the grenade hits for it to do any damage.

Not sure how to fix this issue without triggering but yeah, that's what's wrong.

No one else has any feedback...?

Why not use acid bomb?

Easiest triggering I can think of is of a dummy caster using a 1 waved Fire thingy (Forgot what it's called... doomguard has it?)

i dont see the problem with triggering it, you can have a dummy unit shoot a projectile and give that dummy unit damage (artilery type)

Acid bomb is unit target, where as cluster rocket is ground aoe.

    Crazy how much 3d printing has come in the last few years. Sad that it's not as easily modifiable though

    I bought an Ender 3 during the pandemic and tinkered with it all the time. Just bought a Sovol, not as easy. I'm trying to make it use a different nozzle because I have a fuck ton of Volcanos, and they use what is basically a modified volcano that is just a smidge longer, and almost every part on this thing needs to be redone to make it work

    Luckily I have a 3d printer for that, I guess. But it's ridiculous. The regular volcanos are 21mm, these Sovol versions are about 23.5mm

    So, 2.5mm longer. But the thing that measures the bed is about 1.5mm above the nozzle, so if I swap it with a volcano then I'm 1mm behind it. So cool, new bracket to swap that, but THEN the fan shroud to direct air at the part is ALSO going to be .5mm to low, and so I need to redo that, but by doing that it is a little bit off where it should be blowing and it's throwing it at the heating block instead of the part, and fuck man

    I didn't realize they designed this entire thing to NOT be modded. I would have just got a fucking Bambu if I knew that, the whole point was I could fuck with this. And no one else makes shit for Sovol so I have to go through them, and they have... interesting pricing models. So I have a new extruder altogether that I'm taking apart and going to just design a whole new one to use my nozzles. Dumb design.

    Can't just buy a new heatblock, you need to get a whole hotend - so block, heater cartridge, thermistor, heatbreak, and nozzle. And they put this fucking paste in there so I can't take the thermistor or cartridge out with any ease, that's 30 dollars. Or you can get the whole extrudor with the direct driver AND that heatblock for like 50, but you still can't get any of it to come apart

    Partsbuilt has individual parts I found but they're expensive. I think I can get bits swapped around and make this work with generic shit though
