So Barrage has this "Damage per target" property. As it turns out,(in my experience) the damage for each target that it shoots is just the damage of the unit that fires the multishot of barrage, so if the unit's damage was 0 - 0, then it would do 0 damage. So what's the purpose of the damage per target proprety?
